Day 1


And The Ab Project Begins.  


I pretty much made it through the 35 minute DVD... I had to stop for about a minute 3 times, twice because the manuver was hurting my neck, once because I just needed a break.  My plan is to do the workout 2-3x a week, on top of my regular workout at the gym (which I do three times/ week.)  Will anything noticeably change?

I did take these photos after the workout,. which is I guess what I will always do now.  I would have done it before, but I didn't think about doing this until midway through the workout.
