Day 5

Christmas happened, so I missed a few days, but I finally got my Blanks on and made it all the way through the DVD. There was one excerise I physically couldn't do, but I (barely) made it through the rest of the session.

I had some candy over christmas, and have had sweets every day fior the past several, but besides that, I've eaten healthy.

Day 2

Sore in the region where my abs reside.  Though not terribly so. 

I have to say, looking at the photos from day 1, it's a little disturbing that my sucked in stomach and my pushed out stomach look so damn similar. 

Or is that a good thing? 

planning on doing a normal workout today.

Day 1


And The Ab Project Begins.  


I pretty much made it through the 35 minute DVD... I had to stop for about a minute 3 times, twice because the manuver was hurting my neck, once because I just needed a break.  My plan is to do the workout 2-3x a week, on top of my regular workout at the gym (which I do three times/ week.)  Will anything noticeably change?

I did take these photos after the workout,. which is I guess what I will always do now.  I would have done it before, but I didn't think about doing this until midway through the workout.
