I have to say, looking at the photos from day 1, it's a little disturbing that my sucked in stomach and my pushed out stomach look so damn similar.
Or is that a good thing?
planning on doing a normal workout today.
I am 37, and no longer have the abs that my then-girlfriend would run her hand over and say 'Mmm' when I was 29. I miss those days. I've put on a little weight, but more than that, I just don't have a flat stomach anymore. I bought a Billy Blanks DVD in hopes of turning it around. Can I get 'hot' abs again? Let's find out.
